Following the recent resignation of Paul Selis as Chairman, George Fawzi has been appointed the new Chairman of World of Incentives (WOI) until the next General Assembly in Frankfurt, prior to the start of IMEX 2010.
George Fawzi is President of Excel Travel S.A.E. and is a great ambassador not only for Egypt, his home country, but also for WOI, The Global Network of Creative DMC’s.
George has spent 30 years in the Travel Industry and is President of the fastest growing Travel Company in Egypt.  Currently employing over 180 staff, Excel Travel is a full travel provider incorporating Corporate; Inbound Leisure; MICE; Transportation and Outbound Leisure.

Following his appointment as Chairman of WOI, George also outlined the committees’ plans for the next few months which will include strengthening the ties between WOI and each of its members and vice versa; deciding the venue for the Spring Seminar and finalizing the 2010 booths for both IMEX and EIBTM.
