Associated.net – home of Orlando-based Associated Entertainment Network has again joined with French Quarter Festival Inc., providing operations & stage management support to New Orleans’ 2010 FRENCH QUARTER FESTIVAL.
The French Quarter Festival is the largest free music festival in the South. Highlighting New Orleans’ renowned penchant for all that is festive, more than 100 live performing groups entertain on 17 stages throughout the city’s French Quarter, while hundreds of food and drink vendors provide a “taste of New Orleans, ” as only they can.
From the Audubon Aquarium through Woldenberg Park along the Mississippi River to the French Market/US Mint and spilling into famed Chartres, Royal and Bourbon Streets, New Orleans comes alive for 3 solid days of festivity.
An estimated 250,000 people fill the French Quarter, support local vendors, enjoy live music & artists, and contribute in their own way to the rebirth and restoration of New Orleans.
